October 2003. Previously, Lou worked as a comptroller for a steel company and
Sondee taught Business Communications at a university in Florida. They both liked
their careers but had always wanted to run their own business. So they decided to
quit their jobs, sell their properties and start a new life in New Carlisle, Ohio.
