Amanda Munson is our Store Manager.

Working with these many trainers has shown Amanda that one way isn't always the only or right way to train or ride a
horse. It has also shown her that one never stops learning about the beautiful world of horses!

Along with training horses for riding and driving, she has volunteered for breeding farms and animal rescues.

Amanda rides both Western and English styles, and has competed in Hunter/ Jumper, Eventing, and Endurance
competitions throughout the East Coast and Mid-West areas.

She is currently competing in 25 and 50 mile Endurance Rides with her off-the-track Standardbred (Strider). She also
owns two other horses: an off-the-track Thoroughbred (Gus) and a Palomino Quarter Horse (Rio).
If you have a question, she's the one to talk to. If she isn't
able to answer your question, she has many experts to call
upon to get all of your questions answered.

Amanda has been involved in the horse world for almost
20 years! She began riding at the age of 4 years old, and
has been hooked on the sport ever since!

Despite the life of being an Army brat, from move to move,
she's always found a way to be involved with horses.  The
experiences of living in many parts of the country have
given her the opportunity to work with many trainers whose
techniques and styles varied dramatically.

Born and raised in New Carlisle,
Chris knows this area very well.
For as long as he can remember,
he's always had a passion and
love for raising and caring for
animals. This being said, it's no
surprise that he's very
knowledgeable in showing and
raising livestock for fair.
He's gained a lot of this knowledge through his two-
years experience being a 4-H club member and through
his two-years experience as an FFA member. From
working hard and being dedicated to what he loves, he's
earned the following accomplishments:

  • General Livestock Judging Award
  • Parliamentary Procedure Award
  • Greenhand Degree
  • Chapter Farmer Degree
  • Placed 3rd each year at Fair with his Hogs.

Watch for him at the
2010
Clark County Fair!

He'll be showing his
dairy feeder and market hog.
Born and raised on a horse farm, Clayton has lots of
experience taking care of and working with horses.
Most of his show experience is with AQHA halter horse
shows. His experience and interest in animals brought
him to the Miami Valley Career
Technology Center in
Englewood
where he earned a two-year Certificate in
Agriculture Technology
. During is studies, he learned
about the specific needs for all livestock, show
